Risk Disclosure Statement
Last updated: 9 July 2026
Ze Broker is a trading name operated by Atlantis Corporates, 88-90 Hatton Garden, London, Holborn, EC1N 8PG, United Kingdom. This Risk Disclosure Statement forms an integral part of our Terms of Service. It does not describe every risk associated with Digital Assets. Trading and holding Digital Assets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every person. By using the Platform, you acknowledge, understand and accept the risks set out below and agree that you assume them.
1. General
You should not trade in, or hold, Digital Assets unless you understand their nature and the extent of your exposure to risk, and you should carefully consider whether such activity is suitable for you in light of your circumstances and financial resources. You should only use funds you can afford to lose entirely.
2. Market and Volatility Risk
The prices of Digital Assets are highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly, rapidly and unpredictably, including to zero. Prices may be influenced by factors outside our control, including market sentiment, macroeconomic events, regulatory developments, technological changes and manipulation. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3. Liquidity Risk and Native Tokens
Some Digital Assets, and in particular Native Tokens made available on the Platform, may have limited liquidity. Certain Native Tokens may have their price and liquidity supported by an automated market-making mechanism rather than by an independent external market. The displayed price of such tokens may not represent an open-market valuation, liquidity may be limited or withdrawn at any time, and your ability to realise value — including selling, converting or withdrawing — may depend on the liquidity available on the Platform. You should not assume that on-Platform value can always be realised externally or at the displayed price.
4. No Guarantee of Value or Return
We make no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding the value, price, profitability, liquidity, listing or future performance of any Digital Asset. Any indicative yields, rewards or returns for staking, savings or investment features are not guaranteed and may be reduced to zero.
5. Regulatory and Legal Risk
The legal and regulatory treatment of Digital Assets varies by jurisdiction and is evolving. Changes in law or regulation, including with retroactive effect, may adversely affect the Platform, particular Digital Assets, or your ability to access or use the Services, and may render certain activities unlawful.
6. Custody and Counterparty Risk
Where Digital Assets are held in custody, they may be exposed to the risk of loss, including as a result of security breach, insolvency, operational failure or the default of a custodian, liquidity partner or other counterparty. Custodied Digital Assets are not deposits and are not protected by any deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation scheme.
7. Technology and Security Risk
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Risks include network congestion and delays, protocol changes, forks, chain reorganisations, smart-contract defects and vulnerabilities, wallet and key-management errors, phishing, malware, cyber-attacks, and the loss, theft or compromise of credentials or private keys.
8. Operational Risk
The Platform may experience downtime, delays, errors or interruptions, including during periods of high volatility or volume, which may prevent you from executing transactions or accessing your Account when you wish to do so.
9. Execution and Slippage Risk
Orders may be executed at prices different from those displayed or expected, may be partially filled, delayed or rejected, and may be subject to slippage, spreads and price bands, particularly in fast-moving or illiquid markets.
10. Fraud and Third-Party Risk
The Digital Asset ecosystem is subject to fraud, scams and manipulation. You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any counterparty, asset, project or third-party service.
11. Tax Risk
The tax treatment of Digital Assets is complex and may change. You are solely responsible for your tax affairs, and we do not provide tax advice.
12. No Advice; Suitability
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice or a recommendation. We do not assess the suitability or appropriateness of any Digital Asset or transaction for you. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.
13. Total Loss
You may lose the entire value of your Digital Assets. You should be prepared to sustain a total loss.
14. Acknowledgement
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure Statement and that you accept the risks described.
